Anyone aged between 18 and 60 years, weighing at least 50 kg, and in good health can donate blood. You should not have fever, cold, or other infections at the time of donation.

Men can donate every 3 months, and women every 4 months. This allows your body to fully replenish the donated blood safely.

Yes. All equipment used during blood donation is sterile and disposable. The process is completely safe and causes no harm to your health.

Eat a light meal, drink plenty of water, and have enough sleep the night before. Avoid alcohol or smoking at least 24 hours before donating.

Some medicines may temporarily prevent you from donating blood. It’s best to inform the medical team about any medicines you’re taking before the donation process.
